The online portal represents the core of the Municipality's digitization process:

• It is an online portal where one can submit applications to initiate administrative procedures
• It is connected to the Municipality website (Service Catalog)
• It is integrated with the "Trentino" tools and instruments

  • Document and protocol flows (PI-Tre)
  • Back office applications

• It is enriched with:
  • Session reports for full legal validity (art. 65 c1-c2b CAD) 
  • Webservices (for "certified" data recovery)
  • Simplification tools (step by step guide, Q&A, GUI for the service process, language)
