APP TreC+ (Cartella Clinica del Cittadino)

TreC_FSE offers very useful and constantly updated functionalities. From their own smartphone or tablet, the app allows to access their EHR (Electronic Health Records) to check their medical records and pharmaceutical and specialised prescriptions. Moreover it will be very simple to book a visit, blood examinations and use the online services offered by Provincial Agency for the health services.

TreC - FSE was developed by Trentino Salute 4.0’s APSS/FBK joint laboratory in collaboration with the Health Department and the General Management and ITC Support Service of the Autonomous Province of Trento.

How to activate TreC

To activate the TreC App, it is necessary to obtain your personal activation paper:

1. If you already are a TreC user

- log in to your Electronic Health Records on the trec.trentinosalute.net web portal, using your Health card, your Security card, or your SPID identity (Digital Identity Public System)

- click on the “activate TreC - FSE App” button to download your activation paper

2. If you are not a TreC user, but have an active Health card or own a SPID identity

- open the trec.trentinosalute.net web portal, complete the registration procedure and access the portal

- click on the “Activate TreC - FSE App” button to download you activation paper

3. If you do not have an active Health card nor a SPID identity

- go to any authorized facility (trec.trentinosalute.net) and request the activation of your Health card

- upon activation of your Health card you will also receive your app activation paper

- otherwise, request your SPID identity on the spid.gov.it web site, then see point 2

Once you obtain your personal activation paper, download the app that is available for free on Google Play or the App Store, and follow the short tutorial to log in
