Using this tool the citizens can request an appointment for services such as the issuance of an electronic ID card, change of residence and online procedure for the enrollment to the nursery service with the help of an operator

These are the steps to request an appointment for one of the above mentioned services:

access the website: https://servizi.comune.trento.it/Servizi/Richiesta-appuntamento
click the ENTER button
click the menu entry "Request an appointment"
choose the service you are interested into:
- "Electronic ID card"
- "Change of residence"
- "Enrollment to the nursery service"
click the "Search in the agenda" button
choose the date and time among those available (in green) providing the requested information
